SKETCH OF A HILLY LANDSCAPE WITH NOTES

Pen and brown ink, 80 x 160 mm.
The mount 146 x 220 mm.
PROVENANCE: mounted on a cardboard of the cabinet Paignon-Dijonval (1708-1792) with an attribution to Claude Lorrain. According to the Paignon-Dijonval inscription the previous owner of the sketch was the Marquis d’Anglade. At the bottom right corner of the drawing there is an embossed collector mark which I am not able to identify.
