MONOGRAMMIST AF (Italian, active 1510 - 1520) WINGED GENIUS ON HORSEBACK
Engraving. Signed in the plate at bottom with the monogram AF. A fairly good, late impression of this rare and fascinating print, pulled on paper with a Sun watermark. With even margins. On the verso traces of stains, remains of old mountings and thinning of the paper at the corners. Generally in good condition. To the platemark 248 x 185 mm, the entire sheet measuring 263 x 205 mm.
